Your Dragon Team

What our work means to us

And why we have excelled for more than two decades

The Dragon People is an experienced, loyal team. Each trainer has been put through rigorous education/training with our seasoned trainers before ever engaging with a client. They come in early and stay late to finish tasks and help clients; not because we ask them to, but because they have a strong drive to put the customer’s needs first.

Every Dragoneer, without exception, is familiar with a myriad of EHR/EMRs and has been requested to return to sites and/or been complimented to the manufacturer and our project planners as to their level of professionalism and effective, friendly delivery of training services.

Here are several consistent messages we’ve ingrained in each Dragoneer:

  • Treat others as you want to be treated.
  • Go the extra mile.
  • If you don’t know, say so—then find out and deliver the solution.
  • If you’re not 5 minutes early, you’re late.
  • You’re not done until the provider can use the product effectively.
  • You are the best in the world at what you do.
  • Our clients depend on you. Strong deployment and effective training ensure our customer’s success.
  • Put yourself in the customer’s shoes and you’ll make the right choice for your client every time.
